Do One* Thing You Look Forward To

Each day I try to do one thing I look forward to. It might be a range session (golf), a run, a lift, or just ten minutes of reading fiction. The point is I look forward to each of these things and I make time for them. Sometimes I think about these activities days before I get to do them. Yes, let me repeat that, I GET to do them. I don’t want regret not taking the time when these things move out of reach.
